Private yoga allows new practitioners to begin, and for current yogis to deepen their practice in a safe, encouraging environment. I teach classes designed for the individual, for children to take along with their parents, for partners to share together, or for friends to laugh and enjoy with each other.

Learning yoga one-on-one is the most traditional way to learn about yoga. In a private setting, the teacher can fully focus on the individual student, finding practices best suited for the student. Whether you are getting your feet to the mat for the first time, hoping to deepen your personal practice, or want to develop a home practice, nothing compares to the one-on-one teaching experience.

I offer individual private yoga and meditation instruction in my home studio, or in your home or office. Rates may vary, so please send me an email or call to find out more!

Have you ever wanted to have more individualized attention, take a private, but need to share the cost? Want to spend some yoga time with friends in a healthy, fun and supportive atmosphere but didn’t want to go to the gym or studio? Group lessons are the way to go!

I can accommodate up to 3 adults in my home studio, or we can arrange to meet at your home, office or a local space. Rates vary depending on number of people and location, so please contact me to find out more!

Children & Families:

Yoga is especially helpful for building confidence, increasing focus and developing awareness in children. Additionally, practicing yoga together as a family is a unique bonding experience. Whether individually or as a family, the benefits of yoga for children are numerous.

From a purely physical perspective, the  benefits of yoga for children include building muscle strength and flexibility, increasing body awareness and coordination. Importantly, children begin to understand how they can choose to react to the life situations they are placed in, and gain a sense of control that comes with improved concentration and the sense of calmness that yoga brings to them. Private yoga lessons, for your family or just the kids, is a great investment towards developing a quality, healthy, and balanced lifestyle.
